Shipping & Returns
Domestic shipping: Your purchase will be acknowledged and normally shipped within 1 business day of the receipt of your order. Shipping is by Priority Mail to ensure that your item arrives quickly and is accompanied by tracking. Shipping is weight based and there are normally some discounts available for larger orders. Look for coupon codes on the site or email for information. Argostar's goal is to save shipping costs for the customer whenever possible.
International shipping: Please contact me to obtain a rate for your country based upon the specific item or items. Shipping is by International Priority Mail to ensure tracking and timely delivery. The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for package delivery.
Digital downloads: Upon purchase, an Order Confirmation will be sent with a unique download link. The link is active for 24 hours. If you are able to accept large downloads, this is a good option with no shipping charge. If questions before your digital purchase, please contact me.
Every effort is made to ensure that you receive your purchase as described and as quickly as possible. Please contact Argostar for help or concerns.
Exchange or refund is available for newly purchased unworn or unused merchandise, in original condition, within 30 days of receipt. Please email Argostar for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions. Include your order number and purchase information (date of purchase, item information, your name and shipping address). Customer is responsible for cost and confirmation of return. Argostar cannot be responsible for returns which fail to reach us due to delivery problems, so please be sure to have tracking and delivery confirmation for your return. Your return will be acknowledged upon receipt and a replacement or refund will be issued promptly. Argostar will ship replacement item to original customer shipping address at no charge, or will issue a refund if requested. If the original item was defective or your order was filled incorrectly, your return shipping cost will also be refunded up to the amount of the original shipping charged for the item.
There is no refund for digital products, due to the nature of the media, whether shipped physically or as a digital download. Replacement will be made if digital media is shipped and is defective. Please refer to clip art help, if needed, or contact me for help before return.
Sorry, no returns or refunds on custom or hand painted items, sale or clearance items, or supplies. Please refer to descriptions and photos before purchasing these items or contact me at any time with questions.
